In most cases the following items must also be removed:
All bodywork, front fairing stays, instruments, all lights, the complete exhaust system, radiators and all hoses, Coil caps, wiring, hoses and cables that are on top of the engine.
In some instances the intake system has to be removed, down to the intake manifolds.
